qualia’s exquisitely designed pavilions promise privacy and luxury on Hamilton Island’s secluded northern tip. Each of qualia’s 60 light-filled pavilions faces the water, surrounded by tropical bushland with uninterrupted views over the sea. Natural tones of timber, stone and glass reflect the serenity of qualia’s Whitsundays locale, subtly framing the seafront setting and providing sweeping views from every room.
Leeward Pavilion
Oriented to the southwest with views of both the Coral Sea and Hamilton Island, the Leeward Pavilions capture the sunshine during the day and the Whitsundays’ legendary glowing sunsets at dusk. These 90 square metre studio style pavilions have a private furnished sundeck and elegant relaxed décor featuring natural timbers, fabrics and stone. They are complete with air conditioning and fans, in-room safe, mini bar with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, tea/coffee making facilities, telephones, TV, Cable/Satellite TV, Movies on demand, CD Player and DVD Player, ipod connectivity, Internet access – wireless, Hairdryer, separate bath and iron/ironing board.

Windward Pavilion
qualia’s spacious one-bedroom Windward Pavilions provide spacious 120 square metre suite accommodation, with a separate living room, ocean-facing bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A private sundeck and heated salt water infinity-edge plunge pool melting into the Coral Sea complete the luxury accommodation of qualia’s Windward Pavilions. They are complete with air conditioning and fans, in-room safe, mini bar with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, tea/coffee making facilities, telephones, TV, Cable/Satellite TV, Movies on demand, CD Player and DVD Player, ipod connectivity, Internet access – wireless, Hairdryer, separate bath and iron/ironing board.

Cancellations or amendments received within 7 days of arrival, No Shows and/ or Early Departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking.
Festive Season Cancellation Policy – bookings incorporating 22 December 2012-05 January 2013
Cancellations or amendments received up to and including 31 October 2012 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value.
Cancellations or amendments received from 01 November 2012, No Shows and/or Early Departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value.
