Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda with landscaping crafted by celebrity landscape designer Jamie Durie, each four bedroom villa offers a spacious open plan living/dining room, state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a separate laundry, fully ducted air conditioning and a private golf buggy for guest use.
Located alongside the 240-berth Hamilton Island Marina where you’ll find a range of dining and shopping outlets, the Yacht Club Villas are also within easy reach of the island’s new world-class developments including the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and 18-hole championship Hamilton Island Golf Club.”
Note: A three (3) night minimum stay applies year round. A four (4) night minimum stay applies 30 June-15 July, 22 September-7 October 2012, 6-20 January 2013, 29-31 March 2013. A seven (7) night minimum applies 22 December 2012 – 5 January 2013.
Your Accommodation Options
Standard or Premium Villa
All villas have water views and the standard or premium category only differs in villa location and view. The villas have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry, dining and outdoor table with seating for 8, Gas Weber BBQ, Ducted air conditioning and 46” Plasma TV and surround sound system.
Maximum Occupancy: 8
Existing Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 – King Bed with external balcony and 2 sun beds. Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with ensuite. Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed with ensuite. Bedroom 4 – King bed (can be 2 singles) with bathroom opposite.
Getting to and from The Yacht Club Villas
Complimentary VIP meet and greet and return airport/marina transfers are provided by our Island Concierge Team.
Kids Policy
Children 12 years and under at the time of travel stay free of charge when sharing with parents and using existing bedding. Cots are free of charge.
Clownfish Club – Organised day-care and child activities for children 6 weeks – 14 years – charges apply. Babysitting can also be arranged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or amendments received up to 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a fee.
Cancellations or amendments received within 8-14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking.
Cancellations or amendments received within 7 days of arrival, No Shows and/ or Early Departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking.
Festive Season Cancellation Policy – bookings incorporating 22 December 2012-05 January 2013
Cancellations or amendments received up to and including 31 October 2012 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value.
Cancellations or amendments received from 01 November 2012, No Shows and/or Early Departures will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value.
